Easy installation N-13 News comes with an installation script which will make installing the script onto your host simple
Multiple user accounts Admin account which has total control over the entire news system
Moderator account which can post news and edit their own posts, they also have limited access to some of the system settings
User comments Users can post comments to news posts that have been made
Smilies Smilies have been added to allow users to easily add them when posting news and also allow guests to use smilies when posting comments
Categories Limitless categories can be created to allow you to organize your news posts, you can separately view all posts within a certain category or all at once, read the readme.htm file for more information
Profiles Each account that gets created comes with its own profile which the user can edit and upload images
System configuration System configuration section allows you to have complete control over how the entire system works, for example which time and date format the news displays, the amount of news/comments to show per page
Themes Multiple themes can be created which determine how your news and comments are displayed
Users can select which theme they would like to see, setting must be enabled via system config
Word filters Word filters allow you to filter words from user comments
IP banning You can easily ban IP addresses from posting comments
